Our Mission
A Second Wish By Demetrius is a nonprofit organization based in Tampa, Florida, dedicated to creating unforgettable second wish experiences for children ages 10 to 17 facing life-threatening illnesses. By granting these wishes, we provide renewed hope, twice the joy, and lasting memories for children and their families during their most challenging times.
Relief, Rest, and Joy for Olivia
At just 16, Olivia has faced stage 4 Neuroblastoma, a kidney transplant, and ongoing health challenges. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, her Second Wish—a massage chair and backyard swing—was granted, bringing her comfort, peace, and moments of joy.

Most wish-granting organizations provide just one wish. But for many children facing life-threatening illnesses, their journey doesn’t end there.
